After breakfast, transfer to Ashgabat International Airport for a domestic flight to Kerki. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a scenic journey to the Koytendag Mountains, one of the most remote and picturesque regions of the country. Upon arrival, accommodation will be arranged at a base camp or local hotel, followed by dinner. Later, set out on an unforgettable excursion to the Dinosaur Plateau. This remarkable site preserves ancient dinosaur footprints formed millions of years ago. Due to geological shifts, the surface layers opened up, revealing a fascinating scene left by a family of dinosaurs on what was once soft ground. You can clearly observe four trackways — three likely made by adult dinosaurs and one by a smaller, younger dinosaur. The excursion also includes a hike through colorful canyons and along the breathtaking ridges of the Koytendag Mountains, offering stunning panoramic views and a true sense of adventure in untouched nature.

After breakfast, depart from the Dinosaur Plateau and transfer toward Kerki Airport. Along the way, enjoy the final views of the remote Koytendag region, one of the most scenic and untouched parts of the country. Upon arrival at Kerki Airport, board your domestic flight to Ashgabat. After landing, transfer to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure, offering time to relax after your journey.

Afterward, take a short drive to an equestrian complex to discover the legendary Akhal-Teke horse, the national pride of Turkmenistan, admired for its elegance, endurance, and unique golden sheen. Continue with lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a scenic journey to Kow-Ata Underground Lake (approximately 113 km), a fascinating underground lake hidden inside a natural cave and known for its warm, mineral-rich waters. On the way, stop at Nokhur, a charming mountain village nestled in a small valley of the Kopet Dag Range. The village is known for its unique culture, traditional crafts, and distinctive architecture, and is often included among the most romantic places in the world. After the excursion, return drive to Ashgabat. Overnight at the hotel.

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin a full day of sightseeing. Visit the Turkmen Carpet Museum, one of the most unique museums in the world, showcasing the ancient traditions of carpet weaving and the symbolism of national patterns. Next, explore Ancient Nisa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the former capital of the Parthian Empire, where you will discover the rich and ancient history of the region. Afterwards, visit a kennel of Turkmen Alabai dogs and get acquainted with this legendary breed, known for its strength, endurance, and loyalty. The program continues with a visit to the impressive Gypjak Mosque and the Mausoleum of the first President of Turkmenistan, one of the country’s main architectural and spiritual landmarks. In the evening, enjoy an optional night tour of Ashgabat, including a drive along the city’s main avenues with stops at the Constitution Monument, the Alem Ferris Wheel, the Magtymguly Monument, and the Palace of Happiness.
